AG seeks court order for Rs 200mn as compensation

The Attorney General has sought a court order for a sum of Rs 200 million as compensation after the accused Captain of crude oil tanker MT New Diamond pleaded guilty to charges in the Colombo High Court, the Attorney General‘s Coordinating Officer Nishara Jayaratne said.
