61 Kandy schools to reopen from Monday after closing for Sacred Relic exposition

Colombo, April 26 (Daily Mirror) - The 61 schools in the Kandy zone that were used as lodgings for security forces personnel during the special exposition of the Sacred Tooth Relic at the Dalada Maligawa will reopen on Monday (28).

The Central Province Education Director, Nihal Alahakoon, has issued a circular in this regard, and copies have been sent to the Education Ministry, Battaramulla.

Accordingly, 24 schools will reopen on Monday (28), and the remaining 37 schools will reopen on Tuesday (29).
