29 more succumb to COVID-19: Toll mounts to 1,298

A total of 29 COVID-19 related deaths were reported bringing the death toll to 1,298, the Government Information Department said.

It said a 20-year-old girl was among the deceased who passed away due to Cardio Pulmonary arrest followed by hypoxia worsened by cardiopulmonary abnormalities and COVID 19 respiratory tract infection.
