New Secretary, State Ministry of Local Government assumes duties

The newly appointed Secretary to the State Ministry of Local Government and Local Administration N. H. M. Chithrananda assumed duties at the Ministry yesterday. Minister of Local Government and Local Administration Rear Admiral (Retd) Dr Sarath Weerasekara and former Ministry Secretary J. J. Rathnasiri were also present at the occasion.
