Estate workers in Kotagala struck by lightening

17 workers had been injured in the incident and admitted to hospital

A group of workers in the Graton estate in Kotagala had received injuries when they were struck by lightening. They had been working in the estate when they met with the accident. Medical Officer-in-Charge of the Kotagala Divisional Hospital Dr. Savithri Sharma said 17 workers had been injured in the incident and admitted to hospital. They were out of danger.
