51st AGM of Kiribathgoda Eksath Mutual Benefit Society and donation to school

The 51st AGM of the above society and the distributing donations to the school children will be held on March 14, 2026 at the Community Centre hall, Kiribathgoda National Housing Scheme. Meeting will be inaugurated and chaired by the President of the Society at 9.00 a.m. with religious observances by Reverend Dr Makola Mangala Thera, a Senior Lecturer of the University of Ruhuna.  

Distributions of donations to the school children will take place at 10.00 a.m. of which the cost will be by the fund commenced with the donations made by the late Dingiri Mudiyanse for 26 school children selected on recommendation of the Principals of the schools in the area.

Each selected student will receive a set of books along with a cash donation of Rs. 5,000.  

Financial contribution for the award ceremony made by the donors of the area and the funds of the society.
