I don't think... this is one State Division that is corrupt to the core. In fact, each and every individual in RMV gets a share everyday to take home from the loot. Even a new honest employee becomes part of the corrupt in weeks after joining. The Buddha statues erected all over the premises itself is an insult to the true principles of Lord Buddha while all those takers start their day after worshipping to those statues. Shame!!!

The entire Driver Licensing System in Sri Lanka needs to be revamped to international standards and everyone re-tested. The vast majority of Sri Lankan drivers though they can drive, lack defensive driving education.

Is this one of the reason for recent high accidents, causing death to several? Hypertension is only 0.6%? I don't believe. Every other person has high blood pressure in this country. With the big shortage of medicine, there may be more stroke victims very soon!
