Tilvin, Jaishankar hold talks on strengthening Indo-Lanka ties further

Janatha Vimukthi Peramuna General Secretary Tilvin Silva and his delegation had an interaction with Indian External Affairs Minister Dr S. Jaishankar yesterday.  In a social media post, Dr Jaishankar said he discussed further strengthening deep bonds between the two sides.  “Spoke about growth opportunities and social welfare initiatives. India has stood by Sri Lanka during the economic crisis and recently, in the aftermath of Cyclone Ditwah. India will always remain a true and trusted partner for Sri Lanka,” he said.
