This is a reflection of our parliament, MP Ministers all are in this category. They do wht they are not supposed to do, becuase they do not know how to do wht they are aught to do, they are so inefficient, not interlligent, not farsighting and so and so forth. Ministers and MPs in other countries involve in policy making matters, unfortunately weo got a bunch of lunatics who should be thrown in to the sea.
