Human lives are precious, culling of wild boars equally not acceptable, wild life department could relocate the wild boars to another location.

World wide experience shows that wild boar population tends to explode if it is not nipped in the bud. Transporting to another area will just transfer the problem elsewhere.

More and more animals are losing their natural habitats due to human encroachment into their natural homelands and due deforestation, there is lack of space and food for them. Even yesterday two elephants walked into the railway tracks and were killed by the train crash. A total of 399 elephants have died up to the month of October this year, and the majority of them due to human-elephant conflicts, shooting incidents and train crashes.

Hey wild boars in Nallathanniya, you're exploring the sacred grounds of Sumana Saman, so let's keep it cool and avoid any antics, alright? Let's hang out peacefully and enjoy this hog-tastic neighborhood together.

    Nishan Friday, 24 November 2023 08:45 AM

Remove barriers for wild bore transportation to solve farmers issues as well.

    Mohan Friday, 24 November 2023 09:11 AM

Can the wild life dept. relocate them to somewhere else?

felix de Mel Friday, 24 November 2023 09:23 AM

The Wildlife Department (DEAD) should carry out an immediate research as to why these boars are coming out of the Sripada Peak Wilderness Sanctuary! Is there human encroachment in to the Sripada Peak Wilderness Sanctuary etc! Whether there are Hakkapatas / Trap guns etc placed in the Sripada Peak Wilderness Sanctuary etc!

    leo Friday, 24 November 2023 11:10 AM

    Yum Yum

Wildboar community Friday, 24 November 2023 01:00 PM

Cost of living gone high for them too, they are heading to parliament for a token strike or to teach them how to run a country. They must have felt enough is enough, now time to take action to kick 225.

    ABARAN Monday, 27 November 2023 12:20 AM

WILD ANIMALS ARE TRYING TO REACH HUMAN HABITATS AS MANY HAVE CREPT INTO DIYAWANNA THANKS TO THE CORRUPT CLAN THEY HAVE COME TO MEET THEIR KINSMAN WHO NO LONGER LOOK FOR FOOD. As for Elections RANIL will not dissolve till the wild boar gets their PENSION after all they helped him to get to the top . He has also plastered his name all over. HE HAS PAID THEM BILLIONS TO REPAIR THEIR BURNT HOUSES. SYSTEM CHANGE A MUST
