The National Organization for the Protection of War Heroes' Rights today staged a protest march from Colombo Fort to the Presidential Secretariat, demanding solutions to the issues faced by disabled and retired war heroes, while also calling for the proposed 2025 budget salary increase for all state pensioners to be withdrawn.
