SSP Eric Perera, in charge of the Colombo Central Division, hands over a dry ration pack to a beneficiary during a programme organized jointly by the Blumenthal Police Station and the ADRA Foundation in conjunction with the annual St. Anthony’s Day celebration in Kochchikade.
