The power grid in Sri Lanka cannot handle this load. First upgrade the infrastructure to meet the growing demand so it will not put a strain on the country's resources. There is also many issues such as how far you can go on a single charge, and if the vehicle gets stuck in flooded roads.

It's better late than never to address the shortcomings in our public transportation system. Back in the early 1980s, the first trishaw was imported from India without much foresight from the government to regulate its impact for the benefit of the country. It's taken a whopping 40 years to finally electrify the ubiquitous tuk-tuk, which now exceeds a total number of 2 million for a population of 22 million, providing employment to drivers. Government cannot be happy with this phenomenon as it is not going to contribute to the national economy positively. However, this reliance on tuk-tuks alone is not a sustainable solution and has detrimental effects on national productivity. Ideally, previous and present administrations should have proactively strengthened our public transport infrastructure by introducing a metro rail network and revamping bus routes to facilitate smoother commutes. By doing so, we could have eased congestion and provided more efficient means of transportation.

It's like Vega took inspiration from Bandula's face to style it's tuktuk
