Indeed a super team effort. Not just this match but throughout the tournament - that's how it should be. This is why there aren't any particular super heroes, but a cluster of players emerging to cross the winning line in all the matches. Once they have enjoyed the victory, they need to discuss their shortcomings with the coaching staff who were busy taking notes to come even stronger for the World Cup in a few months.
