Newly revamped Singer Sri Lanka Maharagama Service Centre
Singer Sri Lanka PLC has unveiled its newly revamped Maharagama Service Centre, reaffirming the company’s long-standing commitment to delivering superior after-sales service and an enhanced customer experience.
Strategically redesigned and relocated within Maharagama, the upgraded facility marks a significant milestone in Singer’s ongoing journey to elevate service standards across the island.
Commenting on the revamp, Singer Group of Companies Group Managing Director Mahesh Wijewardene stated, “Newly done up Maharagama Service Centre reflects Singer’s unwavering focus on putting the customer first. The revamped service centre is designed around personalised customer care, supported by a team of highly trained technicians and service specialists with deep product expertise. This ensures accurate diagnostics, faster turnaround times and reliable solutions across a wide range of consumer electronics and home appliances.
A dedicated spare parts counter at the centre provides customers with convenient access to genuine components for globally recognised brands. As the authorised service partner and exclusive agent for many of these brands, Singer continues to ensure quality, authenticity and reliability in every service interaction.
Highlighting the service transformation, Deputy Director Service and Process Development Kasun Udayanga said, “This revamp goes beyond infrastructure upgrades. From reduced waiting times to enhanced service transparency, every improvement has been implemented with the customer’s convenience in mind.
The centre now features a state-of-the-art queue management system implemented by improving service flow. Customers can also enjoy a comfortable lounge area, while an upgraded call management system ensures prompt and effective handling of all service inquiries.
Extending convenience beyond physical locations, Singer has also introduced the Singer Care app, available on Google Play and the Apple App Store. The app enables customers islandwide to book repairs, track service progress and access product information anytime, offering a truly connected and hassle-free after-sales experience.
