Sunshine Packaging-Primeco US $ 2mn deal abandoned

Sunshine Holdings PLC yesterday said the joint venture deal its packaging subsidiary Sunshine Packaging Lanka Ltd pursued with Primeco Holdings, a conglomerate incorporated in Hong Kong, did 
not materialize.

Sunshine Packaging was to issue 23.7 million shares, representing 40 percent of the shares to Primeco for a consideration of US $ 2 million.
