SDB bank celebrates 28th anniversary

SDB bank celebrated its 28th anniversary with a simple yet meaningful occasion at its head office, marking nearly three decades of dedicated service to Sri Lanka’s people and economy. 

The ceremony reflected the bank’s unwavering commitment to national development, underpinned by the trust of its customers and stakeholders.

The commemoration began with multi-religious observances, symbolising the bank’s respect for diversity and inclusivity and was attended by the members of the board of directors, leadership team and senior management.

A highlight of the event was the recognition of long-serving staff, with special honours extended to the employees who have completed 25 years of service. Their dedication has been central to SDB bank’s mission of empowering communities, fostering entrepreneurship and advancing national progress.
