The most iconic residential development of Home Lands, Pentara Residencies in Thummulla, has been awarded the development permit by the Urban Development Authority (UDA), the company said, which grants the project full clearance to move forward with construction.
Having obtained all statutory and environmental approvals, including the approval from the National Building Research Organisation and environmental approval from the Environmental Consultative Committee, Home Lands shared the project is fully cleared, compliant and on track with its plan to build Colombo’s most iconic ultra luxurious 40-storey twin tower residential complex.
The developer asserted it remains committed to ensuring that the public is well-informed and reassured that every Home Lands project is carried out with full compliance and transparency.
“Pentara Residencies is progressing exactly as planned and we remain on track to deliver this landmark development on schedule. Our commitment to delivering quality ensures that every aspect of this project meets the highest standards, from approvals to construction,” said Home Lands Group Chairman Nalin Herath in a statement.
Home Lands, Sri Lanka’s number one and most trusted real estate conglomerate, continues to lead the industry, backed by a proud history of over 20 years, built on the values of trust, innovation and excellence.
The entity has successfully delivered over 3,200 residential units across multiple themed mega residential complexes. Over 1,800 units are currently under construction across six futuristic mega residential projects.
With an operational capacity to deliver 600-750 units annually and selling 75-100 units a month, Home Lands’ track record reflects the confidence the homebuyers place in the brand.
