This year’s award recipients from Fairfirst include Senior Manager Motor Claims Indika Senevirathne and Manager Information Technology Hemanthi Epasinghe, recognised under the category of Aligning Organisational Vision. 

Great Manager Awards 2024 winners 

Zonal Head Colombo Metro Zone Kasun Liyanage was awarded for Building Team Effectiveness and Collaboration, while Broker Head Leasing, Sales Sampath Gunawardane was celebrated for Driving Results and Execution Excellence.
