CSE defers trading suspension of Millennium Housing Developers shares

The shares of Millennium Housing Developers PLC will continue trading on the Colombo Stock Exchange (CSE), after the company successfully secured a deferment from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The move comes following an earlier notice on August 21, 2025, announcing a suspension of the MHDL shares.

Under Rule 7.5(d)(ii)A.12 of the CSE Listing Rules, the SEC has allowed the company to delay the suspension, meaning trading will remain active until further notice.
