Sri Lanka's controversial self-proclaimed spiritual healer, Eliyantha White has contracted the COVID-19 infection and has been admitted to a private hospital in Colombo.
Hospital sources said his condition is stable.
The controversial White, recently drew criticism from the public for dropping pots into the rivers, as part of a spiritual healing to eradicate the COVID-19 virus from Sri Lanka.
This was followed by former Health Minister Pavithra Wanniarachchi, Minister Udaya Gammanpila and Minister Prasanna Ranatunga also doing the same as part of religious prayer. (JH)
