Parliamentarian Premanath C . Dolawatte has worked out a Private Member’s Bill which, if enacted, will provide for the decriminalization of same-sex conduct.
The bill has been announced in the gazette.

Letting people love whoever they want to will not have any effects on our culture because there isn't one to protect . Our culture started deteriorating dacades ago and its beyond repair .....so what do we do....lets give a little love ....have litle hope and make this place a little better!!!
