An inquiry is underway regarding a clash between a group of UNP and UPFA supporters in Madurankuliya today which left one UPFA supporter shot dead and 9 others injured.
SSP Karunaratne said it was unknown which party started the fight but that supporters from both sides suffered injuries. (KA)

hmmm even after more than 12 - hours no comment on news ?,
Where is so call human right lovers cry for last incident and say MR is killing ?,Neither MR or SF killing people,This is US behind killings,Just look at the Iran they try to create same situation on there election. We are divided to two camps(MR,SF) and fighting but should we ?,As that what US want try to create in-stability as they never wont us(3rd World Country as they say ) stand on our feet like we did on against LTTE.Please open your eyes ........else it will be too late

Is it because an UPFA supporter was shot dead that the inquiry is underway? Ok, so there is sure going to be a lot of action taken by the police. For everything else they simply turn a blind-eye. No wonder the commissioner of elections has now given up writing to the IGP.
