Two Indians arrested

Two Indian nationals were taken into custody while engaged in selling textiles in Kalawanchikudi by possessing two tourist visas.

The men possessed 36 sarees and 15 shalwars at the time of the arrest. They also found mobile phones, three travelling bags and the motorbike used by them to sell textiles.

They were taken into custody in the Porathivu area by a patrol team from the elite Special Task Force (STF). (Supun Dias)
