Sanga to undergo surgery today

Former Lankan Captain Kumar Sangakkara will undergo surgery this evening after his left hand was fractured during the Boxing Day test match played against Australia at the MCG.

It is reported that, Sangakkara who was hit by a bouncer from fast bowler Mitchell Jhonson, will be out of cricketing action for a period of six to eight weeks.
