The prisoner had been detained at the Mahara Prison on charges of keeping 1.5 kilos of heroin in his possession. He is a 29 year old resident in Borella.

Police said there was a tattoo on his right arm and asked the people to contact police on 011 2957197 if they have any information on the prisoner.

He was in Prison Custody though in the hospital. The Guard on duty would have FACILITATED the escape for SOMETHING. Normal occurrence in the Prison history. via DM iPad app
