Former president Mahinda Rajapaksa and former Minister Keheliya Rambukwella arrived at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry to Investigate and Inquire into Serious Acts of Fraud, Corruption and Abuse of Power, State Resources and Privileges (PRECIFAC) with regard to the non-payment of bills owed to state owned ITN .

Rajapaksa, Keheliya and several others had been questioned regarding this matter on two previous occasions and both had averred that the party should be held accountable.
