Near Borella kanatta roundabout the colour lights stop working and the cops were not present!!! Spent half an hour without traffic moving an inch!!

It's also probably due to construction and road work being done in the middle of the day when its hot and congested. Why not do this work at night? It's cooler and there's less traffic. right?
