Very unfortunate situation. 95 % of fatal accidents in Sri Lanka are connected to 3 Wheels. Why do the responsible authorities tuning a blind eye to this issue.

What a tragedy, all the recent accidents are involving three wheelers and always ending with number of fatalities, government should seriously consider banning three wheelers and replace with hybrid cars.

I think the government should impose a rule, where it says that 3 wheelers could only be used within the central areas of the town or the villages, so that there wont be much speeding traffic. what our people do is we take 3 wheelers and travel long distances on the main roads, where there are many speeding vehicles much heavier than a three wheeler. the government should take this into serious consideration.
