Colombo, April 4 (Daily Mirror) - The National Police Commission (NPC) has cancelled the recent transfer of the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) of the Bingiriya Police Station, which had been ordered by the Acting Inspector General of Police (IGP) without prior approval from the Commission or the Elections Commission.
