Three killed in Kekirawa accident

Three people were killed after the motorcycle they were riding on crashed into a tree in Kekirawa on the Senapura-Kagama Road this evening, police said.

They said the tragedy had occurred at 5.15 p.m. today when the motorcycle veered off the road due to excessive speed and crashed into a margosa tree by the roadside.

The victims aged 43, 32 and 27 were residents of Senapura in Kekirawa. (Athula Bandara)
