Special Task Force personnel arrested three men and seized 25,000 kgs of refuse tea from a factory at Uswetakeiyawa today while being prepared to be exported, police said

They said the manager of the factory was among those arrested.

The refuse tea and those arrested will be handed over to the Wattala police for further inquiry. (Sheain Fernandopulle)
