Thico Group owner Thilini Priyamali filed a complaint with the Sri Lanka Human Rights Commission through her lawyers claiming her rights were violated in prison.

Priyamali's lawyer alleged that she was stripped and that her private parts were also checked resulting in injuries to her body.

Oh dear, she has been a lier from the age of 12. A pathological lier and a fraudster if all charges are proved. Hope Himan Rights agenices has the wisdom to recognise right from wrong.

An accusation has been made by the lawyers speaking on behalf of their client that her rights were violated whilst in the custody of prison. Have not our society consisting of public officials gone to the low levels acting as beasts to degrade a female by stripping her and checking her private parts and causing injuries. We have been boasting that many organizations have been established to protect the interests of the weaker sex. What are these orga nizations doing consequent to the open declaration of this complaint. ? Irrespective of the charges against this suspect once in prison custody all courtesies should be extended and anyone violating the human rights of suspects should be dealt severely. Aren't these beasts having mothers, sisters, daughters etc. and how can one stoop to such low levels. My view is that these maniacs should be referred to psychiatrists and relieved of their duties if found guilty.

Prisons are depressing for many and so Every prison officials would do full body search to ensure no self harm materials are smuggled in. you should have avoided these by abide by the law!

Avoid prisons at all costs. In the US. a person brought into the prison processing center is stirp searched including a cavity search.
