Social media misinterpret admin. changes made by President’s Secy. - PMD
Claiming that some social media platforms have attempted to misinterpret the administrative changes being made with the appointment of a new Secretary to the President, using names of personnel, President’s Media Division said such posts are totally fabricated. The PMD said with the appointment of Gamini Senarath as the Secretary to the President, several structural changes are being made to make the functions of the Secretariat more efficient. New officers have been appointed to the positions in units that serve the people directly, including the President's Fund and the Public Relations Division, it said.
