Shooting incidents soar as two more gunned down in Mannar
Two individuals were shot dead in the Adampan area of Mannar today, police said.
The victims, a 46-year-old and a 53-year-old were riding a motorcycle when they were targeted, according to the Police.
The victims are residents of the Pallimadu and Uliyankulam areas.
The motive behind the shooting and the identity of the gunmen are yet to be ascertained.
The Mannar Police have initiated an investigation into the incident.
