Schools reopen for first semester of 2026 academic year

All schools reopened today (05) for the first phase of the first semester of the 2026 academic year, the Ministry of Education announced.

Accordingly, government and government-approved private schools, along with Pirivenas, resumed academic activities from today.

The Ministry said the first semester of the 2026 academic year is being implemented in accordance with the circular issued on the 9th of last month.
