Power supply restored to several areas

Colombo, Dec. 9 (Daily Mirror) - In the latest update, the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) announced that power supply has been successfully restored to several areas that were affected by the major outages earlier today.

Accordingly, power supply has been restored in several areas in the Gampaha District.

Efforts are currently underway to restore power to all other areas as quickly as possible.

The CEB has estimated that it will take approximately two hours to fully restore the interrupted electricity supply.

    Shows the extreme inefficiency of CEB engineers and the staff. The government should stop the salary increase immediately. Private sector would not tolerate these kind of employees
