Lol unions in SLs are curse of the nation
LTTE is gone but unions are still there
We need Vietnam type constitution where protest is banned specially when asking for free stuff funded by the tax payers
JVP now so called NPP is directly responsible

These regular protests have become a big nuisance to the ordinary life of people. Some leftist backed student unions and some communists are protesting regularly, it seems they are addicted to protesting. Martial law should be applied to stop this menace. Those who regularly engage in protest should be either imprisoned or sent to rehabilitation. We cannot let protest addicts ruin the life regularly.

These guys have been doing protests since 1971 and so far nothing achieved. Nothing for them and nothing for tge government. There are plenty of economic opportunities available for the capable people , there are so many empty unused land available, the owners cannot find anyone trustworthy to manage such lands. But these guys , keep protesting. I think it is a fun activity for them.

If JVp is involved in these worthless protests, NPP should not be promoted at the next election. Just a bunch of headless protestors

Free university education is a curse to the nation. JVP/ NPP is instigating troubles for their political gains. Find and take instigators to courts, we had enough disruptions.
Re indicators of what’s to come if cursed JVP /NPP comes into power,
We as a nation is doomed without any true and genuine political leadership and a party.

The protests are because their issues are not addressed. The people who ask free education to be stopped have already had the free education. RW, Please without showing your arrogance talk to the students and try to settle their issues

Stop free education at once. These idiots think free education is a right. It is not. It is a privilege. They are doing all this nonsense with tax payers money. Tax payers who work hard to further their careers and put food on the table for their families. Introduce student loan schemes from the government so these imbeciles actually work to pay back what they got from the education. These fellows don't deserve anything for free since they think its a right than a privilege. Imagine how much the taxes can be reduced if the state doesnt have to take the burden of teaching all these time wasters. Provide scholarships only for the best and poorest students with good results in school. Also people who have got free education and work for their future have every right to speak because their taxes are being used for these imbeciles to protest and waste time.

WHAT A WASTAGE OF ENERGY AND TIME TO ENHANCE JVP/NPP IDEOPLOGY AND AKD AS A POLITICAL LEADER. THE 'CHEVARA DHAREEN ' JUST TAKE PART TO HELP THIS DESTRUCTIVE POLITICAL MOVEMENT OF JVP /NPP. THEY WILL UNFORTUNATELY END UP AS SOCIAL UNFITS.
