Pakistani drug kingpin arrested at BIA

A Pakistani national was arrested at the Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake today while attempting to smuggle in five kilogrammes of heroin concealed in two bags.

Police said the arrested man is a kingpin of an international drug racket which is being operated between the two countries via Qatar.
