NOCPCO denies permission to operate inter-provincial trains: SLSMU

The Railways Department today said the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) did not permit trains to operate between the provinces, the Sri Lanka Railway Station Masters' Union (SLSMU) said.

They said the trains will run according to the time table as same as last week.

Accordingly, trains will operate to Colombo Fort and Maradana from Ambepussa, Avissawella, Kochchikade and Aluthgama from tomorrow. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
