Much more to be done to eradicate underworld: SF
Colombo, November 5 (Daily Mirror) - There is much more to be done in order to eradicate the underworld, former MP Field Marshal Sarath Fonseka said today.
"Arresting figures such as Madush and Kehelbadara Padme will not end the underworld. There is much more to be done," Field Marshal Fonseka told journalists.
He said destroying the underworld is not a difficult task and certainly achievable.
"The present government seems to be keen on destroying the underworld and I extend my best wishes and hope it will be achieved before long," he added.
