Man returning after dropping kids to school gunned down

A 50-year-old man who was returning after his two children were dropped to school was gunned down at Kalugalahena in Panamura this morning.

Police said the victim was shot dead while travelling on a motorcycle.

The deceased, a resident of Omalpe was killed using a locally made weapon.

The Panamura Police has launched an investigation to arrest the suspects.(DSB)
