Mainly dry weather to prevail over most parts of the island

Colombo, March 1 (Daily Mirror) - The Meteorology Department has forecast mainly dry weather conditions across most parts of the island over the next 36 hours.

According to the general weather forecast issued at 4.00 p.m. today (01), misty conditions can be expected in several areas during the early hours of the morning.

Misty conditions are likely at some places in the Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, Southern and North-Western provinces, as well as in the Anuradhapura and Vavuniya districts.

The public is advised to take necessary precautions during early morning travel due to reduced visibility in mist-prone areas.
