This letter is poorly written. The 1st paragraph is addressed to her. The second paragraph is as if though he is talking to someone else about her. Please check before you sign anything, your henchmen are making a mockery out of you!

He is just a minister? Why is he writing as if he is the sole representative of Sri Lanka? He is against all the trade agreements and the good work the government is doing but jumped at sending this message. He is being fooled by those around him giving ill advises!
