Former State Minister Lohan Ratwatte and his wife Shashi Prabha Ratwatte were further remanded till December 6 over the case involving an unregistered luxury vehicle.

According to the Police, the Secretary of Lohan Ratwatte who delivered unregistered luxury vehicles to various places has committed suicide so there is no case to investigate.

Yes, I also believe PNG Rugby Player Joel Pera committed suicide on May 1, 1997, in front of a nightclub in Colombo by shooting himself and 10 members of the SL Muslim Congress committed suicide on December 17 2001 at Udathalawinna, Kandy. So you cannot assume they were murdered. I also believe no LTTE Prisoners were threatened with death at Anuradhapura Prison on 12th September 2021 by the State Minister for Prisons.
