LAUGFS Gas apologises for recent inconvenience, thanks customers
Colombo, March 7 (Daily Mirror) - The LAUGFS Gas Company has issued a message addressing the inconvenience faced by customers in recent days, while expressing appreciation for their continued support.
As part of its communication to consumers, the company has also begun placing a sticker on its cylinders carrying the message: “Thank you for sticking with us.”
On the sticker, the company acknowledged the importance of gas in everyday life and assured customers that steps have been taken to stabilize supply.
The message on the sticker as follows:
“We know this gas flame is more than a fire. It is happy meals, care, and a peaceful life at home. We understand how deeply it matters,” the message said.
The company further said that decisive measures have been taken to restore stability and strengthen the supply chain.
“Your trust fuels us. Thank you for staying with us,” the message on the sticker added.
