JJB, FLSP, SLFP members involved in recent attack on ministers’ houses
Several people in the Jathika Jana Balawegaya (JJB), Front Line Socialist Party (FLSP) and Sri Lanka Freedom Party (SLFP) were involved in the recent attacks on ministers' residences, former state Minister Roshan Ranasinghe said in parliament today.
He said people came to the streets to show their anger against the incumbent government and the economic crisis, but several said party members are seeking their benefits through the protests.
Therefore, the former state minister requested President Gotabaya Rajapaksa to use his executive presidential powers.
The time has come for the president to make a decision in view of the people of the country. (Chaturanga Samarawickrama)
