Graduate teacher recruitment exams gazetted
Colombo, Feb. 4 (Daily Mirror) - Applications have been called from graduates in the public service as well as graduates not currently employed in the public service for the recruitment of Sinhala, Tamil and English medium teachers to national and provincial schools islandwide under the Sri Lanka Teachers Service.
According to the Department of Examinations, the online application process for graduates already in the public service will commence tomorrow (5) at 9.00 a.m. and will remain open until 9.00 p.m. on February 19.
Meanwhile, applications have also been invited from male and female graduates who are not in the public service. The online application window for this category will open on February 20 at 9.00 a.m. and will close on March 5 at 9.00 a.m.
The relevant gazette notifications have been published on the website of the Department of Examinations of Sri Lanka (www.doenets.lk) under Our Services and Online Applications – Recruitment Exams / E.B. Exams.
The gazette notification emphasizes that applications must be submitted online only.
