What is wrong with these monks, they do not dress well, side open, looks like they are in their temple. They should be propoely deciplined.

Are they real Buddhist monks? If so they should not be allowed to behave like this. They become monks giving up all worldly pleasures and preach what is good. Why do they have to enter politics? They should only advice and not behave like this. It's a disgrace to Buddhism. One feels ashamed to be called a Buddhist because of the way these monks behave. A law should be implemented that no Buddhist monk should enter politics except give advice. What is the Mahanayake doing about this?

Dear Thera please talk about the Oluvil University where the Full moon poya day is not a holiday (Buddhist Students are not allowed to take the leave on the poya day). Hitan will never talk about these issues or Wilpattu deforestation.
