The Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) Secretary-General Stephen Twigg arrived at the Katunayake International Airport on an official visit to the island.

He was flown by Singapore Airlines and arrived at the airport around 12:00 midnight.

Officials from the Foreign Affairs Ministry were at the airport to receive Mr. Twigg. (T.K.G Kapila)
